A No-Cook, Dairy Free, Ice-Cream….Green and Healthy Summer Treat

This is a perfect , healthy and Eco-friendly  No-cook ice-cream

Simple ingredients are – 2 fully ripe Mangoes,

1 ripe Avocado,

3 cups of thick coconut milk(preferably fresh),

Honey(optional),

Pistachios for garnish(optional)

Blend coconut milk and Avocado first till smooth. Puree Mangoes and mix with the milk mixture.  Add honey to taste, if mangoes are not sweet enough. Put in freezer and churn 2-3 times in between. Can be made in This is a perfect , healthy and Eco-friendly  No-cook ice-cream maker too. Just follow the instructions. Dairy milk users can swap coconut milk with cows milk or condensed milk.

Avocado gives the creamy texture . You can experiment with other fleshy fruits like banana or tender coconut cream or custard apple. Your imagination is the limit.
